Unable to Activate New Install

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I'm having an issue getting started with LANDESK.

 

We downloaded and setup LANDESK 9.6 and installed it on a new server.  The installation went well and I rebooted as prompted.

 

Next, the activation wizard started up.  I chose the trial option and after about 10-15 seconds I get a popup saying:

 

"The activation file at this location appears to be invalid:  C:\Program Files\LANDesk\Authorization Files\enu-activate-2015-06-18-21-17-25.txt".

 

I've tried several times and it fails every time.  The server is able to access the internet, so it doesn't seem to be a connectivity error.  The only troubleshooting documents I could find with that error are from 2013 (Activation of LANDesk 9.0 SP1 failing : authorization file is invalid) and that didn't help.

 

Any ideas?
