Concise list of required LDMS accounts and permissions, for Core, Agents, and Active Directory

Can anyone tell me where I can find a concise list of accounts/permissions/services that LDMS needs in order for the Core, Agents, and Active Directory to all work properly? We followed the BKM for installiing LDMS 9.5, but I see it's not that simple . I have found bits and pieces here on the community, but I am not clear how much of the documentation from earlier versions applies to LDMS 9.5  I would like to start my troubleshooting with a round of verification/documentation that everything is as it should be. Thank you.
