distribution package pending

I am trying to rollout office 2010 package.  It is a simple installation and works when locally installed.  I created a package through LANDesk and it is not working.  When starting the task, the activity status screen keeps going from active to pending.  No fail messages are reported.

This is a simple run 'setup.exe' package.
