Using LANDesk MS v 9.50.2.6
LANDesk agent installed on the Mac.
I can use HTML Remote Control to connect and remote control a Mac OK so long as a user is already logged in.
I want to log the user out and log in to the Mac with an admin account to do some configuration.
But, if I log the user out of the Mac I just see a black screen where I would expect to see the Mac login screen...
Can anyone advise why I cannot see the Mac login screen?
