I can't seem to find the answer to this through any of my searches ...
when i go into Roles, i am unable to grant access to the Security Item. There is a red X in the properties, i click it to make it a Green Check, but if i click OK and then reopen the role, it has the Red X again.
Is there a specific group that i need to add users to, to grant them the ability to see\use security and Compliance (particularly, patch and compliance)?
it looks like my role as LANDesk Adminsitrator also shows a red X, but i have access to the Suite.
what am i missing?
