Using LDMS to change file permissions on clients

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has a solid method for changing permissions of a single fine on a group of client workstations?

Example:

C:\Program Files\Application Folder\Application.exe is accessible by <local>\Users, <local>\Administrators, and SYSTEM

I want to remove all rights for <local>\Users

I realize that I can use a CACLS script, but am wondering if LD offers any alternative.
