Hyper-v and VMware and the Cloud Service Appliance

Hi,

                 Has anyone installed VMware Workstation on an Amazon AWS EC2 Windows 2012 R2 server then tried to run the Cloud Service Appliance 4.3 VM?

                Every time we’ve tried we get the error about Hyper-V and VMWare are incompatible.  Hyper-V is not installed on the server.  I’m wondering if the hardware virtualization support is enabled in the BIOS would it trigger the error.
