Due to all the vulnerabilities that Flash has had in recent months,
we would like to enable a policy that forces some plugins to "Ask to Activate"
This give the control to the user and help to mitigate any problem websites.
We also would be looking to do this in other browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer if possible.
