softmon blocking an exe file - indicates it may be malware

We use a "Portable" version of google chrome here for users that need an alternate browser to prevent interference with IE as the default browser setting.

we are receiving  the SoftMon popup below when the exe is launched.

I have no rules in Security settings to block this file - the file is safe - scanned with some other malware tools & the antivirus.

Is there someplace else I can look for this to allow it without notifications?  I can't seem to find any other references to this file in LANDesk.
